  • Maria Breese- Chief Executive Officer

    Maria Breese is an actress and producer with a dynamic career spanning film, television, and commercial work. Through her production company, 3:33 Creative, she has produced both released and upcoming theatrical projects. Currently, Maria is executive producing By Any Means, starring Mark Wahlberg and Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, At The Sea, starring Amy Adams, Murray Bartlett, and Dan Levy, and associate producing Horizon: An American Saga Part II, the exciting follow-up to Kevin Costner’s epic. She is also producing Iconoclast, starring Noah Centineo and Kaia Gerber, and Turnbuckle, starring Kate Beckinsale, Emile Hirsch, Cara Delevingne, and James Franco.

    Her previous producing credits include executive producing Untogether, starring Jamie Dornan, Billy Crystal, and Jemima Kirke, as well as Electric Love, starring Mia Serafino and Zachary Mooren. Through these projects, Maria has built strong relationships with major companies including Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, and Lionsgate.

    As an actress, Maria has appeared in films available on Amazon, Lifetime, Hallmark, and iTunes, and has co-starred or guest-starred on television series including FOX’s hit Rescue: HI Surf (directed and produced by John Wells), Showtime’s Shameless, FOX’s New Girl, VICE’s All Wrong, and Hulu’s Dark Web. She also has extensive commercial experience, representing over 65 clients in commercial and print work.

    In addition to acting and producing, Maria has worked in casting with industry leaders such as Lora Kennedy (former Head of Feature Casting at Warner Bros.), Gary Zuckerbrod Casting, and Geoffrey Soffer Casting on award-winning projects, including Ugly Betty. Her diverse experience across multiple facets of the entertainment industry highlights her versatility, expertise, and commitment to storytelling.

  • Patrick McLain- Chief Creative Officer

    Patrick began his career in entertainment as a professional goalkeeper in Major League Soccer with teams such as: Chicago Fire, Chivas: USA, Sacramento Republic, Orlando City FC and Minnesota United. He continued on this path for eight years before retiring to other facets of entertainment: writing, producing and acting.

    Patrick can be seen in over 10 national commercials throughout the last four years as well as starring in movies such as the new upcoming flick, “Waltzing with Brando,” starring Billy Zane, numerous films on Lifetime and Hallmark and co-starring on TV shows such as, “The Consultant,” on HULU starring Christoph Walz, and, “Westworld,” starring James Marsden.

    Patrick is an established writer and has several shows and movies currently optioned and in the works.

  • Jorge Alfaro- Head of Production

    Jorge is a Los Angeles-based Film and TV producer and executive. After years working in Private & Investment Banking for Merrill Lynch, Jorge moved to the film industry to work in acquisitions and distribution at the Mexican company Cinépolis. He graduated from Columbia University’s MFA in Creative Producing program with a prior education in Applied Mathematics, Economics and Finance. After his Masters, he worked at companies such as Wild Bunch, Magnolia Pictures, Salma Hayek’s Ventanarosa, Eugenio Derbez’s 3Pas Studios and El Estudio, a pan-regional production company operating out of Los Angeles, Mexico City, Buenos Aires and Madrid, serving as Director of Creative Affairs overseeing their entire Feature Film and TV pipeline. Over the past few years, he held the position of Vice President of Development & Production at Lionsgate Motion Picture Group, the studio behind franchises like John Wick and The Hunger Games, where he developed and oversaw major films for the studio while continuing working with A-list creators, filmmakers and talent, both local and international. After years in the studio system, he decided to start his own company to amplify creative voices within the Action space while bridging Asian and Western markets. At the same time, he's also an Executive Producer for Pressman Film. Born in Mexico City, he has a passion for powerful, character-driven narratives and classical storytelling.

  • Courtney Cilman- Head of Operations

    Courtney Cilman has a thing for love and horror - and has had twelve of her rom-com and thriller scripts produced in the past three years alone. A screenwriter based in Santa Monica, her writing credits include the Leo award-winning A LOVE TO REMEMBER and Lauren Sick's award-winning short THE MEETING SPOT. Her most recent thriller features SECRETS ON THE RANCH and THE NIGHT SHE DISAPPEARED are currently airing on Lifetime. Her latest romantic comedy, FETCHING is in development with Pressman Film. She and Lauren Sick are partnering with Spyglass Media and Divide/Conquer on their upcoming feature thriller. Courtney received a Masters in Film from Columbia University and a Bachelor's in Political Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, summa cum laude. She is the youngest of 8, and the only girl. Outside of her writing career, she is a dedicated yogi, two toed sloth enthusiast, and baker.

  • Anthony Gilardi- Executive Producer

    Anthony L. Gilardi is an accomplished film and television producer known for his bold, character-driven storytelling and hands-on leadership across all phases of production. His producing career spans independent features, shorts, and socially driven projects that blend cinematic craft with emotional truth. After moving from Boston to Los Angeles in 1999, Anthony founded the Anthony Gilardi Acting Studio, where he developed a deep understanding of narrative, performance, and the creative process — skills that naturally evolved into producing. His credits include multiple award-winning films and collaborations with top-tier talent both in front of and behind the camera.

    As a producer, Anthony brings a unique mix of creative vision and practical expertise. He has guided projects from concept to completion, building strong teams and maintaining the integrity of each story through every stage — development, production, and post. His work is marked by a dedication to authenticity, diversity of voice, and cinematic impact.

    In addition to his creative work, Anthony is the founder of Hippo Life, a nonprofit dedicated to 'Healing Through the Arts,' providing performing-arts programs to veterans, marginalized communities, and public schools affected by budget cuts. His producing ethos reflects that same mission — using film as a vehicle for empathy, connection, and change.

  • Chelsea Gilson- Executive Producer

    While best known for her acting and television hosting career, Chelsea Gilson has also worked in nearly every facet of the entertainment industry. From casting director to script writer to producer to director, Chelsea has lent her talents to countless projects over a career spanning nearly two decades.   • Joseph Pierson- Intern

    Joseph Pierson began his career in the creative and entertainment space as a writer and scholar, earning an M.A. in Creative Writing and developing original long-form narrative and screen projects. He continued on this path while expanding into the business and legal side of entertainment, working in transactional and research roles that support content, talent, and intellectual property development. Joseph has contributed to projects at the intersection of law, media, and emerging technology, including copyright and AI-related research at Columbia Law School, and transactional work at Morgan Advisory Group involving deal structuring and commercial operations. Joseph is an established writer and creative professional with multiple projects in development and is now joining an entertainment business firm to further build and support film, television, and media ventures.
